We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller / Pre-Sales Executive with excellent Hindi & English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls and follow up with leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain property projects.
- Qualify leads and generate genuine sales opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits.
- Share project details through WhatsApp.
- Maintain CRM/Excel records and achieve follow-up/site-visit targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent Hindi & English communication – Mandatory
- Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Pre-Sales / Real Estate Sales.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Real estate experience will be an advantage.
