About the Role:

Pennant Technologies is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Presales Executive - AI Solutions to support and drive our AI Solutions presales function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the complete presales lifecycle, including customer engagement, opportunity development, solution consulting, proposal development, product demonstrations, and revenue enablement. The candidate should have a strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Governance, Responsible AI, and Enterprise AI Solutions, along with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical and compelling AI solution propositions.

Experience in BFSI, Fintech, Banking, Lending, or other regulated industries will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Engage with prospective customers to understand their business challenges, strategic objectives, and AI adoption requirements, translating them into tailored AI solution recommendations.
- Partner with the Sales team to identify customer needs, qualify opportunities, develop winning solution strategies, and support the sales lifecycle.
- Conduct customer discovery sessions, executive presentations, product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and technical discussions.
- Present the capabilities, features, and business value of Pennant's AI solutions, including AI Governance, Generative AI, and enterprise AI offerings.
- Prepare high-quality solution proposals, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, solution documents,



and other presales collateral aligned with customer requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, AI/ML, and Sales teams to design customized AI solutions that address customer business needs.
- Participate in customer workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, technical evaluations, and solution design discussions to ensure the proposed solution aligns with business objectives.
- Communicate complex concepts related to Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Governance, and Responsible AI in a clear, concise, and business-oriented manner.
- Support the preparation of Statements of Work (SOWs), solution architectures, implementation approaches, effort estimates, and commercial proposals.
- Assist in planning and executing Proof of Concepts (PoCs), coordinating with technical teams to demonstrate solution feasibility and business value.
- Identify emerging AI use cases, customer pain points, and business opportunities across enterprise customers, with a focus on regulated industries.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, competitive offerings, and best practices in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, AI Agents, LLMs, Responsible AI, AI Governance, and enterprise AI adoption.
- Serve as a trusted advisor during the presales process by addressing customer queries, providing technical and functional guidance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.




- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from presales to project delivery and successful customer onboarding.

Good to Have : Experience with enterprise AI platforms or AI Governance platforms.

Experience working with LLM applications, Generative AI architectures, AI Agents, NLP, and Machine Learning.

Understanding of AI risk management, model governance, data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.

Experience supporting PoCs and AI solution evaluations.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.

Experience working with enterprise customers in BFSI, Fintech, Banking, Lending, or other regulated industries.
