We are seeking a energetic and experienced APM (Application Performance Management) Presales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in APM solutions, coupled with excellent communication and problem solving skills. You will play a key role in supporting our sales teams by providing technical expertise, managing Proof of Concept (POC) projects, and addressing the unique challenges faced by various industries.
- Responding to client support requests.
- Provide technical support to sales teams during the pre-sales process, including conducting product demonstrations and presentations.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and map them to our APM solutions.
- Manage and execute POC projects to showcase the capabilities of APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Develop and deliver customized technical presentations and proposals that address customer needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert in APM solutions, providing insights and recommendations to customers and internal teams.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies related to APM.
- Engage in proactive problem-solving to address customer challenges and ensure successful implementation of APM solutions.
