Role Description This is a full time, on-site Presales and Solution Architect role based in New Delhi. The Presales and Solution Architect will collaborate with sales teams and clients to understand business requirements, design end-to-end solutions, and prepare technical proposals and presentations that align with MASL’s infrastructure offerings.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting discovery sessions, defining solution architectures, creating bill of materials and effort estimates, and supporting bids, RFPs, and tenders for telecom, smart city, surveillance, data center, and enterprise IT projects. The role involves working closely with delivery and engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility, integration with existing environments,



and alignment with security and performance standards. The Presales and Solution Architect will also contribute to product positioning, respond to technical queries, participate in client meetings and demos, and stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to MASL’s portfolio.

Qualifications

- Strong Solution Architecture skills, including designing scalable, secure, and integrated solutions across telecom, IT infrastructure, and smart city environments.
- Consulting abilities to engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and present complex concepts clearly.
- Understanding of Software Development practices and lifecycle, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on implementation approaches.
- Experience in System Integration, including integrating multi-vendor platforms, legacy systems, and cloud or data center environments.
- Knowledge of Business Process analysis and optimization, ensuring proposed solutions support operational workflows and organizational objectives.
- Relevant experience in presales or solution architecture for infrastructure, telecom, smart city, surveillance, or enterprise IT projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple opportunities in parallel.
