Job Title: Assistant Manager / Project Manager – Revit Precast

Location: Pune

Experience: 4+ Years for AM | 6+ Years for PM

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities





- Lead and coordinate Revit Precast modelling teams and project deliverables.
- Develop, review, and manage precast models, shop drawings, GA drawings, and erection drawings.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with project standards and client requirements.
- Coordinate with structural, architectural, MEP teams, and clients.
- Allocate and monitor work, timelines, and project deliverables.
- Resolve technical and coordination issues and support the team in meeting project deadlines.
- Handle client communication and ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

- Strong experience in Revit Precast modelling and detailing .
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and ability to interpret structural/architectural drawings.
- Experience in team coordination, quality checking, and project/client coordination .
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary BIM workplace.
