Role Description The Pre-sales Technical Consultant Intern will support the sales and product teams in demonstrating Crio.Do’s technical learning solutions to prospective clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client requirements, preparing and delivering product demos, and assisting with technical presentations.
The intern will collaborate with senior consultants to map customer needs to Crio’s offerings, respond to technical queries, and participate in discovery calls. Additional tasks may include documenting solutions, creating demo environments,
and providing feedback to internal teams on product improvements based on client interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to understand client needs, interpret data, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Consulting and pre-sales skills to engage with prospects, gather requirements, and communicate Crio.Do’s value effectively.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting abilities to address product-related questions and assist in resolving technical issues during demos and evaluations.
- Sales awareness and customer-focused mindset to collaborate with the sales team and contribute to conversion of leads.
- Basic understanding of software development or technology concepts; prior exposure to coding or tech products is an advantage.
- Explicit written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas in a simple, structured manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client interactions.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field is preferred.
