About the Role
We are looking for a Pre-Sales team member to speak with clients, understand their property needs, and connect them with the appropriate team for further assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact clients and discuss their property requirements.
- Understand preferred areas, budget, property type, and other needs.
- Collect and maintain accurate client information.
- Understand whether the requirement is for buying, selling, renting, or investment.
- Share relevant information with the concerned team.
- Follow up with clients and provide updates when required.
- Coordinate with the property and sales teams.
- Update lead information and communication details.
- Maintain a professional relationship with clients.
Requirements
- Any Degree.
- 0.6 – 3 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, customer service, or similar roles.
- Valuable verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with clients over the phone.
- Good listening and follow-up ability.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Real estate experience is an added advantage.
Compensation
- ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
