About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Manager / Test Solution Architect with strong expertise in Quality Engineering, Software Testing and techno-functional consulting.

The candidate will be responsible for owning the end-to-end pre-sales process, from understanding customer business and technology challenges through solution conceptualization, proposal development, pricing, presentations, negotiations and deal closure.

The role will work closely with sales, account management, delivery, technology and marketing teams to create current opportunities within existing accounts and qualified prospects, build a strong pipeline and improve win ratios.

Candidates with experience in Finance, Payments, Healthcare, OTT or Enterprise Systems will be preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales & Solution Consulting

· Own the end-to-end pre-sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification through solutioning, proposal, presentation, negotiation and closure.

· Support sales and account teams in achieving their revenue and business targets.

· Engage with key customer stakeholders to understand business challenges, technology requirements and quality-related pain points.

· Leverage strong techno-functional expertise in QA, testing and relevant business domains to identify both stated and unstated customer needs.

· Work with clients and prospects to identify new opportunities and develop a sustainable business pipeline.

· Consult customers and create strategic roadmaps for Quality Engineering, Software Testing and Quality Assurance.





· Translate customer business requirements into relevant technology and QA solutions.

· Position the organization's offerings, capabilities and value propositions against customer requirements.

· Clearly articulate the business value, differentiators and ROI associated with proposed solutions.

Solution Development & Packaging

· Develop innovative and scalable solutions aligned with customer business and technology challenges.

· Build packaged offerings, solution frameworks and pricing models for QA and Quality Engineering services.

· Lead solutioning for large deals, RFPs and enterprise opportunities.

· Develop proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), solution documents, commercials and pricing in collaboration with sales and delivery teams.

· Work with technology, delivery and sales teams to develop differentiated solutions and compelling value propositions.

· Participate in customer presentations, workshops, solution demonstrations and executive-level discussions.

· Support sales teams during negotiations and deal closure.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

· Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, including CXO and senior technology/business leaders.

· Conduct customer discovery sessions and workshops to understand business, technology and quality challenges.

· Help customers define their quality engineering and testing transformation roadmap.

· Communicate complex technology concepts in a clear business-oriented manner.

· Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling and solution-led growth.

Thought Leadership & Marketing

· Create and publish whitepapers,

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
