Role Description The Pre-Sales & Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai. In this role, the intern supports the sales and marketing teams by assisting with lead generation, preparing presentations and product demos, and coordinating pre-sales activities with prospective clients. Daily tasks include engaging with potential customers, responding to inquiries, collecting and organizing client requirements, and helping the team prepare proposals and marketing materials.

The intern may assist in conducting product training sessions, updating sales documentation, and tracking customer feedback for continuous improvement.



The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives and maintaining accurate records of outreach and interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospects and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, follow-up, and pipeline tracking.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to explain product features clearly and assist with demos or onboarding sessions.
- Basic understanding of capital markets, banking, or fintech concepts is beneficial.
- Comfort with MS Office or similar productivity tools, and the ability to create presentations and reports.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in office in Chennai and maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong Communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
