Role Overview
We are looking for a Tamil-speaking CRM / Pre-Sales Executive to handle incoming leads, communicate with prospects, qualify leads, and convert them into Prospect Walk-ins.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle leads from digital campaigns, website, and other sources.
- Connect with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our products and showrooms.
- Qualify leads and schedule showroom visits.
- Maintain lead data and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and updates.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Tamil – Mandatory
- English – Mandatory
- Hindi – Added advantage
- 1+ year experience in CRM, pre-sales, telecalling, customer support, or lead management.
- Positive communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
- Customer-friendly and target-oriented approach.
