Role
We are hiring a Pre-Sales Associate to connect with prospective clients and understand what they are looking for. The candidate will gather basic requirements and coordinate with the appropriate property team.
What You’ll Do
- Speak with clients over phone and understand their needs.
- Note details such as preferred area, budget, property type, and size.
- Understand whether the client is looking for a purchase, rental, sale, or investment.
- Keep client information updated.
- Pass relevant requirements to the concerned team.
- Stay in touch with clients for required updates.
- Coordinate with sales and property teams.
- Maintain call and lead information in the company system.
- Provide clear and professional communication to clients.
What We’re Looking For
- Any Degree.
- 0.6 – 3 years of experience in a customer-facing or calling role.
- Comfortable communicating with clients over the phone.
- Good listening and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to maintain accurate information.
- Real estate experience is helpful but not mandatory.
Compensation
- ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
