Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct engaging activities for pre-primary children.

- Teach basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, colors, shapes, rhymes, and general awareness.

- Use play-based, activity-based, and child-centered teaching methods.

- Develop children’s communication, motor, social, and emotional skills.

- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom workplace.

- Observe and record children’s learning and development.

- Encourage good habits, manners, sharing, and cooperation.

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s progress and classroom activities.

- Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, craft activities, and classroom displays.

- Participate in school events, celebrations, meetings,



and other activities.

- Maintain appropriate classroom records and documentation.

- Follow school policies and child-safety procedures.

Qualifications

- Graduate degree with ECCE/NTT/DEd/Montessori or equivalent qualification preferred.

- Previous experience teaching pre-primary children is an advantage.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Patience, creativity, and a genuine interest in working with young children.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
