Position: Pre-Primary Teacher

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate, and play-based learning experiences for Pre-Primary students.
- Create a warm, safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Develop childrens foundational skills through activities, stories, music, movement, art, and hands-on experiences.
- Encourage curiosity, creativity, communication, social interaction, and independent thinking among young learners.
- Support the development of early literacy, numeracy, language, motor, and socio-emotional skills.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies and experiential learning to make learning enjoyable and meaningful.
- Organise age-appropriate activities, celebrations, projects, and classroom experiences.
- Observe and document childrens learning, participation, and developmental progress.
- Provide individual attention and appropriate support based on each childs learning needs.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding the childs progress and classroom experiences.
- Maintain classroom records, lesson plans, assessments, and other academic documentation.




- Collaborate with fellow teachers and academic leaders to support the holistic development of every child.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, English, or a relevant field Mandatory.
- NTT / ECCEd / Montessori / D.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience preferred.
- Robust understanding of early childhood education and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Warm, patient, caring, and child-friendly approach.
- Ability to create engaging, activity-based, and experiential learning experiences.
- Creative approach towards teaching through stories, art, music, movement, and play.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Passion for nurturing young learners and supporting their holistic development.
