Job Summary

Rockwoods International School, Siddipet, is looking for a responsible and caring Mother Teacher / In-Charge Teacher to handle a class and support students in their academic, social, and overall development.

Key Responsibilities

- Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the assigned class.
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and classroom activities.
- Create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment for students.
- Monitor students' academic progress, attendance, behaviour, and participation.
- Maintain class records, lesson plans, assessments, and other required documentation.
- Provide individual attention and support to students based on their learning needs.
- Communicate with parents regarding students' academic progress, attendance, behaviour, and general development.
- Coordinate with subject teachers, academic coordinators, and school management.
- Encourage students to participate in academic, cultural, sports, and co-curricular activities.




- Maintain classroom discipline while following a positive and child-friendly approach.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of students during school hours.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, workshops, and school events as required.
- Follow the school's academic guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Eligibility
- Graduation/ B.Ed / D.El.Ed or relevant teaching qualification preferred.
- Previous experience as a Mother Teacher, Class Teacher, or Primary Teacher will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and classroom-management skills may also apply.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Passion for teaching and working with children.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school management.
