Role Description The Pre Post Sales Engineer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Kolkata, with some flexibility for work from home. This role involves supporting the sales team with technical expertise during pre-sales activities, including understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, and participating in product demonstrations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with customers and internal teams, assisting with system design, and providing technical documentation. Post-sales tasks involve overseeing installation support, troubleshooting technical issues, delivering basic training to clients,



and ensuring smooth handover to service teams. The engineer will maintain clear communication with customers, gather feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of solutions and services.

Qualifications

- Robust Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to analyze requirements, design solutions, and assist in implementation.
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service skills to engage clients, manage expectations, and build long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate with clients, sales teams, and technical staff.
- Sound understanding of audio-video systems, high-end home cinema solutions, and professional AV technologies.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, system schematics, and product specifications.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of networking and integration concepts for AV systems is an advantage.
- Capacity to work in a hybrid environment, prioritize tasks, and manage on-site visits in and around Kolkata.
