Role & responsibilities :

- Designing school materials posters, brochures, flyers, certificates, invitations, and notices.

- Social media graphics creating posts, event announcements, and promotional content.

- School branding maintaining consistent use of the school logo, colors, fonts, and visual style.

- Event materials designing banners, stage backdrops, schedules, badges, and programs for annual day, sports day, exhibitions, etc.

- Digital content creating presentations, newsletters, website graphics, and email visuals.

- Yearbook and publications designing yearbooks, magazines, newsletters, and student handbooks.

- Educational visuals — creating infographics, diagrams, worksheets, and other learning materials.

- Photography support — editing photographs and preparing images for print or digital use.

- Printing coordination — preparing print-ready files and working with printing vendors.





- Creative collaboration — working with teachers, administrators, students, and event teams on visual communication.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates with an interest in education and working in a school environment would be an advantage.

- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or equivalent design tools.

- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, branding, and visual communication.

- Experience creating social media posts, posters, brochures, certificates, newsletters, presentations, and event materials.

- Positive creative and conceptual thinking, with attention to detail.
