Your Team

As a part of Global Security's Information Security organization, the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team protects Invesco against a dynamic threat landscape and advances Invesco's purpose by empowering and enforcing secure access to drive desired business outcomes and digital experience goals. IAM manages the digital identities and entitlements of people, services and things, and the relationships and trust among them. We collaborate and partner with Business Units, Technology and Security to address IAM risks, provide IAM platform / solution services, standardize IAM processes by onboarding applications to our IAM platform / solutions.

Your Role

We're seeking an Advanced Business Analyst to join a fast-paced team working with Business and Technology clients across the globe in relation to their Identity and Access Management (IAM) needs. You will serve as an Identity and Access Management (IAM) team member within the IAM Transformation Team responsible for planning and execution of projects and initiatives within the IAM program including planning, prioritizing, design, requirements gathering, and integration of new IAM capabilities and services, continuous improvement opportunities, and engagement with Business Partners. Additionally,



you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the Application Onboarding program to our IAM platform/solution.

You will also work closely with our partners in Risk & Controls, SOX, and Internal Audit to help our business partners remediate identity and access management-related risks to our organization.

You Will Be Responsible For:

- Making yourself the critical point person between the IAM Team and our business partners; you will need to build key relationships at all levels and develop a deep understanding of their identity & access management needs.

- Using your personal relationships and excellent business knowledge to elicit business requirements and translate these into explicit and accurate functional/technical specifications.

- Managing IAM work items as assigned; coordinating and implementing work efforts; providing updates on progress.

- Proposing new capabilities, solutions, and/or improvements for design and integration related to IAM processes (Employee/Identity Lifecycle, Privileged Access Management, etc.)

- Responding to inquiries related to IAM policy, Access Control Standards, and other general inquiries.

- Supporting the IAM team in testing improvements and integrating with managed platforms and applications, resolving technical issues as appropriate.

- Collaborating on IAM-related technical, audit remediation, or business/governance efforts as needed.

The Experience You Bring




- 3-5+ years Transformation or Solutions experience with Identity and Access Management solutions (IBM / Oracle / SailPoint / Okta / Saviynt / RSA / Sun IDM or others)

- Experience applying Information Technology and/or Access related General Controls (ITGC's, etc).

- Experience in requirements gathering, design, and/or implementation of IAM platform/solutions in one or more of the following areas: User provisioning, de-provisioning, web access management, role-based or policy-based access control, segregation of duties, user access certification, federation/cloud access, multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, password management, strong authentication & privileged access management.

- Technical skills should have familiarity with Windows, Unix, Active Directory, Azure, AWS, SQL, Oracle environments

- Experience in project management as a team member, workstream lead, as well as use of PM methodologies and tools (Waterfall, Agile, Jira, Confulence)

- Understanding of Security frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.)

- Understanding of various regulatory requirements (HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley, GDPR, etc.)

- Experience creating visual content via slides, graphs, dashboards articulating messages and key points using various tools (PowerPoint, PowerBI, spread sheets)

- Motivated self-starter, strong problem-solving skills, with positive attitude, team focused, with ability to work independently and remotely with limited supervision

- University degree or higher in a technical discipline is preferred

- Relevant industry certifications obtained or current within past 3 years preferred (CRISC, GSLC, CISM, CISSP)

The salary range for this position in Charlottetown is $55,000 -$64,000 annually. The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience, and location.
