Role Overview We are looking for a PR Executive who will be responsible for building and strengthening media relationships and creating meaningful visibility for EYP Creations, its artists, creators, campaigns, music releases, events and IPs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good media relationships, excellent follow-up abilities and a genuine understanding of the entertainment, music, creator and digital media ecosystem.

This is an execution-driven role requiring someone who can proactively identify PR opportunities, pitch stories, coordinate with media and deliver measurable coverage. Key Responsibilities 1. PR Planning & Strategy

- Assist in developing monthly PR plans for EYP, artists, creators, campaigns and IPs.
- Identify relevant PR opportunities based on upcoming releases, campaigns, events and company milestones.
- Maintain a PR calendar covering all important announcements and activities.
- Develop relevant story angles for different artists, campaigns and business initiatives.

1. Media Relations

- Build and maintain solid relationships with journalists, editors, publications, digital media platforms and industry publications.
- Regularly pitch relevant stories, interviews, features and announcements.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive media database.
- Follow up consistently with media contacts to convert pitches into coverage.
- Identify new and relevant media platforms for EYP and its talent.

1. Artist & Talent PR

- Manage PR requirements for EYPs artists and talent.
- Coordinate interviews, artist features, profiles, music announcements and media opportunities.
- Create relevant story angles around artists releases, achievements, collaborations and milestones.




- Coordinate with artist managers and internal teams to gather information required for media pitches.
- Ensure timely media visibility around important artist activities.

1. Campaign & Music Release PR

- Execute PR campaigns for music releases, brand campaigns, events and EYP IPs.
- Prepare press releases, media notes, pitches and briefing documents.
- Coordinate pre-release and post-release media outreach.
- Identify opportunities for interviews, reviews, features and industry stories.
- Ensure PR timelines are aligned with campaign and release schedules.

1. Corporate & Leadership PR

- Support PR activities for EYP Creations and its leadership team.
- Identify opportunities for company announcements, partnerships, business milestones and industry stories.
- Assist in securing thought-leadership opportunities, interviews, panels and industry features for leadership.
- Build EYPs positioning within the entertainment, music and creator economy ecosystem.

1. Events & Media Coordination

- Coordinate media invitations and communication for EYP events, launches and artist appearances.
- Manage media attendance and interview schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams, artists, agencies and media for smooth execution.
- Ensure all media requirements are managed before, during and after events.

1. PR Reporting & Analysis

- Maintain a monthly PR coverage tracker.
- Track media placements, publication quality, story type, reach and relevant metrics.
- Prepare monthly PR performance reports.
- Analyse the effectiveness of PR activities and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain an updated database of media contacts and coverage history.

- Existing relationships with entertainment and digital media journalists will be preferred.
