Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities: ● Assist in developing press releases, media pitches, PR plans, newsletters, and other communication materials.

● Build and maintain relationships with media professionals, journalists, and influencers.

● Support the execution of PR campaigns, media outreach, and brand communication initiatives.

● Coordinate and assist with promotional events such as press conferences, product launches, store openings, exhibitions, and media interactions.

● Research industry trends, media opportunities, and competitor activities to support PR strategies.

● Track, monitor, and compile media coverage reports and campaign performance reports.

● Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely execution of PR activities.

● Support influencer outreach and campaign execution across various social media platforms.

● Assist in preparing client presentations, meeting notes,



and monthly reporting documents.

● Stay updated with current media, communication, and social media trends.

Skills & Qualifications:

● 1–4 years of relevant experience in Public Relations, Communications, or Corporate Communications.

● Agency experience is preferred.

● Experience or interest in handling Fashion, Lifestyle, & Hospitality brands is an advantage.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent command of English.

● Good understanding of media relations and the PR ecosystem.

● Basic knowledge of influencer marketing and digital media.

● Strong organizational and time-management skills.

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.

● A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills.
