Job Summary

We are looking for a PR Executive based out of Mumbai with around 1 year of experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, communicative, proactive and eager to learn. You should be comfortable picking up the phone, speaking to journalists, clients and new contacts, following up with people and getting things done. We are looking for someone who is responsive, takes initiative and is keen to build a career in PR and communications.

What You Will Be Doing

- Media outreach and journalist follow-ups

- Developing and sending relevant media pitches

- Building and maintaining journalist relationships

- Researching publications, journalists and relevant story opportunities

- Supporting PR campaigns for hospitality and FB brands

- Coordinating with clients, journalists, influencers and other stakeholders

- Supporting events, launches and media engagements

- Tracking media coverage and maintaining PR reports

- Assisting with day-to-day account management

- Coming up with relevant story ideas and media angles for clients

Requirements

- Around 1 year of experience in PR, communications, media or a related field

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations or a related discipline

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills





- Someone who is not shy about talking to people and is comfortable making calls

- Prompt and responsive on WhatsApp, email and calls

- Strong willingness to learn and grow within PR

- Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership

- Good organisational and follow-up skills

- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace

- Interest in FB, hospitality, lifestyle, travel and media

- Must be based out of Mumbai

- Comfortable attending events, meetings and client requirements in person whenever required

Work Structure Expectations

- This is a remote role, but it requires a high level of accountability and discipline.

- Strict login and logout timings will be followed

- You are expected to be available and responsive during working hours

- Your own laptop/device is required

- Attendance at events, client meetings, media interactions and other in-person requirements will be necessary whenever required

- While the role is remote, this is not a flexible-hours role

- Prompt communication and timely completion of tasks are an important part of the role
