About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and well-organised PR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support PR campaigns and client servicing for fashion, luxury, lifestyle and celebrity styling clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day PR activities and execution for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with fashion editors, journalists, influencers, stylists and media contacts.
- Coordinate media outreach, pitches, follow-ups and coverage opportunities.
- Assist in drafting press releases, media pitches, brand notes and PR communication.
- Coordinate celebrity styling, product placements, shoots, events and brand collaborations.
- Manage influencer and media coordination for campaigns and events.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for timely execution of deliverables.
- Handle sample/product dispatches, tracking and returns for fashion and lifestyle clients.
- Assist in organising events, launches, media previews and brand activations.




- Maintain media lists, coverage reports, PR trackers and client updates.
- Research relevant media, influencers, celebrities and industry opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of assigned PR activities.
- Manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in PR, preferably in fashion, luxury, lifestyle, celebrity or entertainment PR.
- Good understanding of media relations and PR execution.
- Solid communication and follow-up skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Interest and awareness of fashion, luxury, celebrity and lifestyle trends.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proactive, presentable and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable attending client meetings, shoots, events and occasional travel.
