Position Summary

IPE Global invites applications from qualified candidates for the position of PPP and Procurement Expert for Panchayat Revenue Enhancement Cell (PREC) Project with Ministry of Panchayati Raj (MoPR).

Key Responsibilities

- Advise GPs in structuring and project financial modeling which is aligned to the procurement processes of the state.
- Develop procurement strategies in line with Government norms, either EPC/PPPs or Hybrid.
- Formulate tenders/ appointment of contractors to GPs for implementing the projects on ground.
- Assist in sharing case models for structuring and managing project structuring models for rural infrastructure projects.
- Ensure transparency and accountability in management. contract
- Work Closely with Line Ministry for PPPs interventions during project preparation and procurement process for GPs.

As job descriptions cannot be exhaustive, the PPP and Procurement Expert may be required to undertake other duties as determined by the Team Leader that are broadly in line with the above key responsibilities.

Qualification & experience

- Master's in finance/ economics, Public Administration/ Procurement Management/ Charted Accountancy.
- 7+ years in procurement, contract management, PPP structuring.
