Position Summary

IPE Global invites applications from qualified candidates for the position of PPP and Procurement Expert for a client based out of New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

- Advise project implementing entities on project structuring and financial modelling in alignment with the applicable State procurement processes.
- Develop procurement strategies in accordance with applicable Government norms, including EPC, PPP and hybrid models.
- Prepare tender documents and support the appointment of contractors for implementation of projects.
- Assist in developing and sharing relevant case models for structuring and managing the projects.
- Ensure transparency and accountability in contract management and project implementation.
- Work closely with the concerned stakeholders on PPP interventions during project preparation and procurement.

As job descriptions cannot be exhaustive, the Expert may be required to undertake other duties as determined by the Team Leader that are broadly in line with the above key responsibilities.

Qualification & experience

- Master's in finance/ economics, Public Administration/ Procurement Management/ Charted Accountancy.
- 7+ years in procurement, contract management, PPP structuring.
