Role Overview The PPC Manager will be responsible for end-to-end production planning, scheduling, and control to ensure optimal utilization of resources, timely delivery, and cost efficiency. This role is critical in aligning production targets with business goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production plans in line with sales forecasts and capacity.
- Coordinate with PPC, procurement, and production teams to ensure material availability
- Monitor daily/weekly production schedules and adjust for demand fluctuations
- Track WIP, inventory levels, and lead times to maintain efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and systems.
- Prepare MIS reports on production performance, variances, and corrective actions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, maintenance, and quality teams. Desired Profile Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering or Operations Management.
8–12 years of experience in PPC within manufacturing (automotive/engineering preferred). Solid knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
