We are looking for a results-driven Senior PPC with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, optimizing, and analyzing paid advertising campaigns to drive quality leads, conversions, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing, and Lead Generation campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor and optimize CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and lead quality.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization of advertising spend.
- Create and test ad copies, creatives, audiences, keywords, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking and campaign attribution.
- Work with the content, design, web, and sales teams to improve campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly PPC performance reports.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement optimization strategies.
- Stay updated with Google Ads, Meta Ads,



and paid-media platform changes.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on PPC experience.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, ROI, and conversion rates.
- Experience with campaign budgeting and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
