We are looking for an experienced PPC Executive to manage production planning, material availability, inventory coordination, and timely execution of production schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales, and Dispatch teams.
- Prepare production schedules based on customer orders and delivery requirements.
- Monitor RM and packaging material availability for production.
- Track production progress against planned targets.
- Identify production delays, shortages, and bottlenecks and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Maintain PPC reports, production records, and MIS.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Stores/Purchase for material requirements.
- Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely production and dispatch.
- Prepare and maintain production planning and material requirement reports.
- Coordinate with the production team to optimize machine and manpower utilization.
- Maintain accurate data in ERP/MIS systems.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and customer delivery timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma in Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in PPC/Production Planning.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Robust coordination, follow-up, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple production priorities and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate
- Vasai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
