Role & responsibilities

Looking for a PowerShell Automation Engineer with 10-12 years of experience in PowerShell scripting, endpoint automation, self-healing solutions, PSADT, and workflow orchestration. The candidate will be responsible for developing enterprise-grade automation, auto-remediation workflows, desktop and network issue resolution, and integrating automation solutions with One Engine and ServiceNow to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Preferred candidate profile

- 10 -12years of hands-on experience in PowerShell scripting and automation development.
- Strong experience in endpoint automation, desktop support automation, and Windows environment management.
- Proven expertise in developing auto-healing, self-remediation, and proactive issue resolution solutions.
- Experience working with PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT) for application packaging and deployment.




- Good understanding of Windows OS internals, services, registry, file systems, and processes.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting Outlook, Teams, desktop applications, VPN, DNS, and network connectivity issues.
- Exposure to automation orchestration platforms, RPA tools, or workflow automation frameworks.
- Experience integrating automation solutions with ServiceNow, ITSM tools, or REST APIs
- Familiarity with endpoint management technologies such as Intune, SCCM, Nexthink, or similar tools.
- Robust analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver scalable automation solutions in enterprise environments.
