Key Technical & Functional Requirements:
- Core BI & Visualization: Deep expertise in Power BI Desktop and Service, including advanced DAX, Row-Level Security (RLS), and Gateways. Candidates must have a strong eye for UI design to develop visually stunning, high-performance dashboards. Additional required experience includes Sigma Computing and Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouses, Direct Lake).
- Database Engineering & Modeling: Expert-level SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL) for data manipulation and validation. Developers must be capable of building robust Star/Snowflake schemas, managing complex DAX expressions, and tuning complex SQL queries. Advanced expertise in Snowflake is required.
- Data Integration (Specific to ADF Role): Candidates must be able to design, deploy,
and maintain end-to-end scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory components such as Data Flows, Pipelines, Triggers, and Linked Services. This specific contract position has a duration of 3 months.
- Low-Code Applications: Experience building applications and workflows in Power Apps is required.
- Automation & DevOps: Valuable-to-have skills include Power Automate and Git/DevOps CI/CD pipelines. For the data engineering side, experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for automated code deployment is highly valued.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory, as candidates will interact directly with US-based clients, lead discovery sessions, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
