We are hiring Power Platform Developers and Consultants with 2 to 8 years of experience to design, develop, and implement business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The role involves working with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 to build business applications, automate workflows, integrate data sources, and develop AI-driven solutions.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Design and develop business applications using Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Build and automate business processes and workflows using Power Automate.
- Develop AI-powered assistants and business solutions using Copilot Studio.
- Work with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Power BI, connectors, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into scalable Power Platform solutions.
- Configure, test, troubleshoot, deploy, and maintain applications, workflows, and solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, consultants,



and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Follow Power Platform development best practices and contribute to process automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Power Platform / Power Apps / Power Automate for experienced positions.
- Freshers from MBA/MCA 2024, 2025, 2026 batches or BE/B.Tech – 2022, 2023, 2024 batches may also apply for applicable roles.
- Hands-on knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365.
- Exposure to Copilot Studio, Power BI, AI Builder, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and custom connectors is preferred.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
- Candidates with relevant certifications, academic projects, internships, or hands-on Power Platform projects will be preferred.
