Azure SQL and Power BI as its enterprise reporting platform. The consultant will help deliver intuitive, high-adoption dashboards, management KPIs, and governed analytics solutions across functions such as HR, Finance, and Project Management.

Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze functional and technical designs prepared by project teams.
- Design and implement Power BI dashboards and reports based on enterprise DWH datasets.
- Define data storytelling and UI/UX approaches to improve user experience.
- Review existing reports and implement enhancements.
- Create dashboard mockups and prototypes and gather stakeholder feedback.
- Build KPI-driven "at-a-glance" dashboards with intuitive navigation.
- Design SharePoint pages/portal for dataset catalogues, dashboards, and reporting assets.
- Support automation initiatives leveraging DWH datasets and reports.
- Collaborate with Power Platform, Azure, and SharePoint teams for solution integration.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Minimum
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development of high-quality dashboards.
- Strong Power BI dashboard development expertise.
- Advanced DAX knowledge for calculated measures and dynamic reporting.
- Data storytelling and visualization best practices.
