Lead / Senior Support Analyst Postilion

Experience: 7-9 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day Postilion Production Support & Operations.

Troubleshoot transaction processing issues across the Postilion environment.

Diagnose issues across Postilion Realtime, Postilion Office, ISO 8583 messaging, and database layers.

Analyze transaction flows and identify root causes of transaction failures, declines, and processing issues.

Handle production incidents and ensure timely resolution.

Investigate transaction issues using SQL and database queries.

Coordinate with application, infrastructure, network, database, and vendor teams.

Provide technical guidance to Postilion Support Consultants.

Perform RCA for recurring incidents and support preventive actions.

Support technical investigations, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Postilion Support Consultant

Experience: 2–5 Years

Location: Onsite – Long-Term Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day Postilion Production Support & Operations.

Troubleshoot payment transaction processing issues.

Diagnose issues across Postilion Realtime, Postilion Office, ISO 8583, and database layers.

Analyze transaction flows, failures, and declines.

Handle production incidents and coordinate resolution.

Investigate issues using SQL/database queries.

Work with application, infrastructure, network, database, and vendor teams.

Support RCA, technical investigations, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Important Note

This is not a pure Support role. Candidates must have hands-on Postilion experience, and their Postilion expertise should be clearly reflected in their resume and project details.
