Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Poster Designer cum Digital Marketing Executive who can handle both graphic design and digital marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging promotional creatives, managing social media platforms, executing digital campaigns, and supporting lead-generation and brand-building activities.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative

- Design posters, social media creatives, banners, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Create creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Develop creative concepts based on campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Edit images, videos, reels, and other marketing content when required.
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, layouts, and visual communication.

Digital Marketing

- Manage and maintain company social media accounts.
- Plan and publish regular social media content.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Handle Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Support lead-generation campaigns and monitor campaign performance.
- Track engagement, reach, leads, conversions, and other key marketing metrics.
- Research competitors, market trends, and relevant content opportunities.

Content & Campaign Coordination

- Coordinate with the sales and management teams to understand campaign requirements.




- Prepare creatives and content according to marketing calendars and campaigns.
- Support promotions, events, product launches, offers, and corporate communications.
- Coordinate with external vendors, photographers, videographers, and other marketing partners when required.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of social media marketing and digital advertising.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Basic video editing and reel creation skills.
- Good understanding of social media trends and visual content.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- Previous experience in graphic design and digital marketing will be preferred.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio of posters, social media creatives, campaigns, and digital content will be given preference.

Ideal Candidate: A creative skilled who can independently handle design + social media + digital advertising + campaign execution, with the ability to convert marketing requirements into attractive and effective digital content. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
