Role & responsibilities

- R&D; activities of polymers, in particular, for WB Pressure sensitive adhesives (WB-PSAs)
- Lab scale synthesis of polymers.
- Formulation developments
- Laboratory tests and analysis of polymer materials
- R&D; towards process development for recent products and process improvements for the existing products.
- Work closely with production engineers and lab chemists for the timely execution of WB-PSA projects.

Preferred candidate Skill

- Knowledge on heat transfer processes
- Knowledge on polymerization technology such as solution and Emulsion polymerization methods and polymer coating technology
- Knowledge on polymer rheology
- Hands-on experience in laboratory instruments such as- Universal testing machine, FTIR, Gas chromatography, Gel permeation chromatography, moisture meter are desirable.




- Thorough understanding of structure-property relationship of polymers
