We are looking for a POSH Trainer who can conduct engaging and practical training sessions for employees and organisations and help create awareness around a safe, respectful and inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) awareness and training sessions for employees.
- Deliver engaging sessions for both employees and management teams.
- Explain POSH policies, workplace behaviour, employee rights and responsibilities in a simple and practical manner.
- Conduct training sessions in both online and offline formats, as required.
- Prepare or customise training content, presentations, activities and case studies according to the organisation's requirements.
- Conduct interactive discussions, Q&A; sessions and workplace-based scenarios during training.
- Ensure participants understand the organisation's POSH policy and reporting mechanism.
- Support organisations in building awareness around respectful workplace behaviour and prevention of harassment.
- Stay updated with relevant POSH compliance requirements and workplace practices.
- Provide training feedback and session reports after completion of programmes.
- Coordinate with the Hirevoo People360 team for scheduling and delivery of client training programmes.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a POSH Trainer / Corporate Trainer / Workplace Compliance Trainer.
- Strong understanding of the POSH Act, 2013 and workplace sexual-harassment prevention practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable conducting sessions for employees across different levels and industries.
- Ability to explain legal and compliance-related concepts in a simple, practical and engaging manner.
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
- Professional presence and confidence while conducting corporate sessions.
- Certification in POSH / workplace harassment prevention / relevant compliance training will be an added advantage.
What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who can go beyond simply presenting a POSH policy. The ideal candidate should be able to create awareness, encourage meaningful conversations and make workplace-safety training practical and relatable.
Compensation
₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month, depending on experience, expertise and training capability.
