The Computational Science Lab (CSL), Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Bengaluru Campus, invites applications for Postdoctoral Researcher positions in AI-Driven Computational Science.

The selected researchers will work at the intersection of Applied Mathematics, Scientific Computing, Artificial Intelligence, and Engineering, developing advanced computational and AI-enabled methodologies for challenging PDE-based problems.

Key research areas include

Scientific Machine Learning

Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs)

Neural Operators (DeepONet/FNO)

AI/LLM-assisted Scientific Computing

Finite Element Methods (FEM)

Numerical PDEs





Computational Fluid Dynamics

Heat and Mass Transfer

Multiphysics Modelling

Digital Twins

Inverse Problems

Optimization

Biomedical Modelling

Computational Electromagnetics, and High-Performance Computing (HPC).

Candidates should hold a PhD in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Computational Science, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline, with a solid research and publication record.

Experience in Python/MATLAB, numerical methods, FEM, machine learning/deep learning, PINNs, neural operators, CFD, or HPC will be an advantage.
