We are looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager with 4-5+ yrs. of experience to drive portfolio growth, customer engagement and business performance across a high-value customer segment.

Key Responsibilities

Own portfolio performance, liabilities growth and profitability across liabilities and customer relationships.

Drive strategic initiatives for stock portfolio, engagement, retention, cross-sell and deepening.

Translate business strategy into actionable plans and drive execution through frontline teams/RMs.

Leverage customer and portfolio analytics to identify growth opportunities and improve customer lifecycle management.

Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Analytics and Regional teams to deliver business objectives.

Monitor portfolio metrics, identify gaps and ensure timely course correction.

Lead key strategic projects and management reviews, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Drive adoption of digital and data-led solutions to enhance customer engagement and portfolio productivity.
