Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Journalism, Mass Communication, Economics, or a related field.

- Prior experience or academic exposure to political analysis, data interpretation, or research writing.
- Solid command over written communication in Marathi; Marathi typing is a must.
- Proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
- Interest in politics & good political knowledge is a must.
- Proficiency in MS Office
