We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Polishing Department Supervisor to manage our polishing and finishing operations for premium doors and furniture.
Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in wood polishing / furniture finishing / door manufacturing.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of wood finishing and polishing processes.
- Experience in supervising a team in a factory environment.
- Good understanding of finishing materials, mixing ratios and application techniques.
- Solid eye for colour, shade and finish quality.
- Ability to achieve production targets while maintaining consistent quality.
- Good discipline, communication and people-management skills.
Experience in premium furniture, solid wood, veneer and flush-door finishing will be an advantage. What We Are Looking For A practical, quality-conscious and result-oriented supervisor who can take complete responsibility for the polishing department and ensure that every finished product meets our required quality standards.
Salary: Depending on experience and capability.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
