Key Responsibilities
- Identify and coordinate with CXOs, founders, and industry leaders as podcast guests.
- Manage guest outreach, scheduling, briefing, and follow-ups.
- Plan episode topics, questions, and content flow.
- Coordinate with production, editing, design, and social media teams.
- Ensure timely recording, publishing, and promotion of episodes.
- Track podcast performance and audience engagement.
