Job Summary The PMT Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing product lifecycles, supporting sales teams, and driving business growth through effective marketing initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with sales, medical affairs, market research, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual brand marketing plans.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Plan and execute current product launches.
- Prepare promotional materials (visual aids, brochures, digital campaigns, etc.).
- Train and support the sales force on product knowledge and marketing strategies.
- Monitor product sales, market share, and profitability.
- Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and organize CMEs/scientific activities.
- Manage product budgets and promotional expenses.
- Analyze prescription trends and recommend business growth strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- 5–10 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, with prior PMT experience preferred.
