Role & responsibilities

- Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance Activities.
- Proven expertise in the following process areas:
- ISO 9001, ISO 27001, CSM
- Project Health Monitoring and Audits

- IT Service Management

- Process and Business Excellence
- Six Sigma and Process Improvements
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methods for Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power point).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Understanding the existing Quality Framework and should be able to maintain and update the Quality Manual.
- Understanding of the Project Lifecycle Methodologies and should be able to assist the PM with the Agile and Waterfall workflow.




- Conduct the Project Audits as per the Quality Standards and publish the results with the Management.
- Assist the PM in resolving the Audit Observations and accomplish the compliance for the projects.
- Assist the ISMS Team for the ISO Audit Compliance and the activities related to the project team members.
- Track & Monitor the Key Metrics at Organization Level.
- Drive efforts towards establishing existing standardized Process.
- Analyse and Implement the Process Improvement Activities within the project management vertical.
- Monitor and track the project health and highlight the projects which are at risk.
- Conduct the Quality and Project Management Sessions with the Project Managers Forum.
