Role Overview

As a Marketing Associate , you will help drive the planning, execution, and performance analysis of our integrated marketing campaigns. Working at the intersection of B2B enterprise solutions and consumer FMCG retail, you will support go-to-market (GTM) launches, turn market data into actionable campaign collateral, and ensure consistent brand messaging across digital and offline channels.

This is a hybrid position based in Chennai, offering scheduled remote flexibility.

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & Collateral Development

- Support end-to-end campaign execution across digital channels (social, email, paid media) and offline touchpoints (events, retail activations).
- Draft and coordinate marketing collateral, product one-pagers, sales enablement decks, and digital content aligned with brand positioning.
- Maintain cross-channel messaging consistency tailored to both enterprise partners and Gen Z consumer segments.

Market Intelligence & Data Analysis
- Conduct market research on competitor positioning, retail trends, and FMCG innovations.
- Track, evaluate,



and report on campaign KPIs and audience engagement metrics using digital analytics tools.
- Translate data insights into tactical recommendations for ongoing and upcoming initiatives.

Cross-Functional Project Coordination
- Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing deliverables with broader company milestones.
- Manage production schedules, asset handoffs, and project timelines to ensure on-time campaign delivery.
- Support lead generation initiatives and track pipeline progression through CRM workflows.

Qualifications & Competencies
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related quantitative/creative field.
- Domain Knowledge: 1–3 years of foundational experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or digital growth (experience in FMCG, e-commerce, or retail tech is an asset).
- Research & Analytical Skills: Proven ability to gather market intelligence, extract consumer trends, and present data-backed findings.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with experience tracking deliverables across multi-stakeholder projects.
- Tools & Software: Working familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite), CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce), and project management software (Notion, Asana, or ClickUp).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills suited for cross-functional collaboration.
