Responsibilities:

1. Product Vision and Strategy:
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with external partners.

- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.

- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.

- Market Understanding and Gap Analysis:

- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience.

- Identify and fill product gaps.

- Generate new ideas to grow market share and improve customer experience.

- Execution and Prioritization

- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.

- Collaborate closely with engineering teams for efficient delivery.

- Drive product launches, working with PR teams and executives.

- Evangelism and Feedback





- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.

- Represent the company by visiting customers for feedback.

Requirements and Skills:

- Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager.

- Track record of managing successful products throughout their lifecycle.

- Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executive management.

- Solid technical background with understanding of software development and web technologies.

- Solid problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves.

- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred1.
