We are a plumbing contracting company engaged in plumbing installation, water supply, drainage, and related plumbing works for residential, commercial, and construction projects. We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Plumbing Estimation & Commercial Executive to join our team and take charge of day-to-day office activities.
We are looking for an experienced professional to handle plumbing BOQ estimation, rate analysis, quotation preparation, client follow-ups and business development for commercial and residential plumbing projects.
The candidate should have practical knowledge of plumbing materials, BOQs, material & labour costing, rate analysis and MS Excel.
The role also involves regular communication and follow-up with clients, builders, contractors and consultants for enquiries, quotations, negotiations and work orders.
Key skills: Plumbing BOQ, Estimation, Rate Analysis, Costing, Quotation Preparation, Client Follow-up, Sales Coordination, MS Excel and Communication.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred.
Qualification: Diploma/ITI/Graduate preferred; relevant practical experience will also be considered.
