Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled PLM Teamcenter Support Engineer with 3-8 years of relevant experience in PLM, Teamcenter Support, ITK, BMIDE, and Active Workspace (AWC) Customization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, configuring, customizing, and maintaining Teamcenter environments while collaborating with business users, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth PLM operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 support for Siemens Teamcenter PLM applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve Teamcenter production issues and user-reported incidents.

- Develop and maintain customizations using ITK (Integration Toolkit).

- Configure and customize Teamcenter using BMIDE (Business Modeler IDE).

- Perform Active Workspace (AWC) Customization and enhancements.

- Develop workflows, handlers, business rules, and validations in Teamcenter.

- Support Teamcenter upgrades, patches, deployments, and migrations.

- Analyze business requirements and implement PLM solutions.

- Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Work closely with business users, product engineering teams, and IT stakeholders.

- Create technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

- Participate in incident, problem,



and change management activities.

Required Skills

- 3-8 years of experience in PLM Teamcenter Support.

- Strong experience in Siemens Teamcenter.

- Hands-on experience in ITK Development.

- Expertise in BMIDE Customization and Configuration.

- Experience with Active Workspace (AWC) Customization.

- Knowledge of Teamcenter Architecture and Data Model.

- Experience in Workflow Development and Customization.

- Understanding of Teamcenter Access Manager and Security.

- Experience in Teamcenter deployment and support activities.

- Solid SQL and database knowledge.

- Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows environments.

- Good debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

- Teamcenter SOA and Web Services.

- Teamcenter RAC Customization.

- Java and JavaScript development experience.

- Teamcenter Integration with CAD tools (NX, CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks).

- Knowledge of T4S/T4EA integrations.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with Jenkins, Git, and DevOps practices.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
