Position: Siemens / AB / Mitsubhusi PLC Programmer
Work Location: Bangalore (Primary) with travel across India and overseas as per project requirements
We are looking for an experienced Senior PLC Programmer with a minimum 1 year of strong hands-on expertise in PLC, Siemens, HMI, Mitsubhishi, and SCADA systems, preferably in Automotive and Assembly Line environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, program, and commission PLC/HMI/SCADA systems for industrial automation projects
- Lead and support installation, servicing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of control systems at site
- Handle end-to-end automation projects, including in office execution and coordination
- Diagnose and resolve system faults to ensure minimal downtime
- Support team members and provide technical guidance when required
- Data collection and storage
- HMI:
- Screen design
- PLC and DCS interfacing
- Hands-on experience with VFDs, Pneumatics, and Field Instruments, including:
- Control valves
- Sensors
- Level, Flow, Temperature, and Pressure transmitters/switches
Domain Experience:
- Strong exposure to Automotive industry, Assembly lines, and industrial automation projects
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel across India and abroad as per project requirements
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
