Position: Sr. PLC Programmer

Education: B.E. / B.Tech – Electrical

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Ready to relocate anywhere in India

Travel: Willing to travel across India and outside India for onsite commissioning

Job Responsibilities

PLC programming, simulation, HMI programming, HMI screen design and SCADA screen design.

AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, drafting, wiring design, control panel design and plant layout.

Programming experience with Mitsubishi, Delta, Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLCs.

Mapping PLC inputs and outputs as per machine/project requirements and preparing I/O lists.

Hands-on knowledge of servo motors, stepper motors, sensors, valve banks, vision systems, and related automation equipment.

Plan, organize and prioritize PLC programming projects to meet project deadlines and budgets.

Implement appropriate safety measures in PLC programming to protect equipment and personnel.

Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, production and other departments to achieve project objectives.

Review and approve PLC programming designs and modifications as per industry standards and project requirements.





Manage programming project costs and ensure cost-effective solutions.

Communicate project status, challenges and outcomes to customers and internal stakeholders.

Maintain detailed documentation including PLC programs, flow diagrams, wiring diagrams and user manuals.

Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas for system improvements and innovations.

Communicate directly with customers to understand requirements and ensure expectations are met.

Perform DAP online and at customer sites, including onsite work across India and outside India.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Willingness to travel as required.
