Role Description This is a full-time, on-site PLC Programmer role based in the Pune Division. The PLC Programmer will develop, test, and implement PLC programs for machinery and automation projects, ensuring reliable operation of industrial equipment.

Day-to-day tasks include configuring PLC hardware, writing and modifying ladder logic and other control code, and integrating sensors, actuators, and control panels. The role involves troubleshooting control systems, diagnosing faults, and supporting commissioning and startup activities at client sites. The PLC Programmer will collaborate with design,



electrical, and mechanical teams, prepare documentation for programs and system changes, and provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of PLC programming (e.g., ladder logic, function blocks) and basic industrial automation concepts.
- Experience with PLC hardware and software platforms from major vendors (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, or similar).
- Understanding of electrical control panels, instrumentation, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation, including wiring diagrams and P&IDs.;
- Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting machinery and control system issues in an on-site industrial environment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with engineering, production, and customer teams.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
- Prior experience in industrial automation, machine commissioning, or maintenance is preferred but motivated entry-level candidates may be considered.
