Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated PLC Programmer to join our automation team. The candidate will be responsible for PLC programming, HMI development, machine commissioning, troubleshooting, and automation system integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for industrial automation systems.
- Develop and configure HMI/SCADA applications.
- Work with PLC platforms such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Delta, or similar.
- Interface PLCs with sensors, VFDs, servo drives, motors, and other automation components.
- Perform machine testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting at customer sites.
- Read and understand electrical control panel drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Diagnose and resolve PLC, HMI, sensor, and communication-related issues.
- Support the electrical and mechanical teams during machine installation and commissioning.
- Prepare basic technical documentation and maintain program backups.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of PLC Programming and HMI.




- Understanding of industrial automation and control systems.
- Basic knowledge of electrical control panels and industrial sensors.
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, etc. will be an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for installation and commissioning.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Candidates with relevant PLC programming certification or practical training are preferred.
