Role Description This is a full-time, on-site PLC Programmer role based in Noida. The PLC Programmer will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, and commissioning PLC logic and related control systems for industrial automation projects. Daily tasks include interpreting electrical and P&ID; drawings, developing ladder logic or function block diagrams, configuring HMIs/SCADA screens, and integrating field devices such as sensors, drives, and motors.

The role involves troubleshooting control panels and PLC programs during installation and maintenance, as well as documenting programs, change logs, and system configurations. The PLC Programmer will collaborate with project engineers, electricians,



and customers to gather requirements, support factory/site acceptance testing, and ensure that systems meet safety, performance, and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, or similar platforms) and experience with ladder logic, function block diagrams, and structured text.
- Hands-on experience with HMI/SCADA configuration, field instrumentation, VFDs, and control panel interfaces in industrial environments.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&ID; drawings, and translate them into robust control logic.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and debugging of PLC programs and automation hardware during installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (such as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, or Ethernet/IP) and basic networking concepts.
- Strong documentation skills, including preparation of program backups, test reports, user manuals, and change records.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and interact with clients on technical requirements.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to work on-site at client locations as needed for commissioning, testing, and service support.
- Prior experience in industrial automation, process control, or manufacturing
